About me

🌞 Welcome! I'm Erin.

I've been told I'm an empowerment coach with a designer's mind.

I care most about working (and laughing) with kind-hearted coworkers on solutions that truly help people and the Earth.

My design approach is holistic, inclusive, and regenerative. My leadership style is deeply collaborative and humanistic. I shine when I can bring my heart to work and mentor and uplift my teammates.

I know how to get stuff done no matter the size of the company or type of design project. I've been the first and only designer at a start-up that revolutionized cybersecurity. And I've been a Team Lead at a Fortune 5 healthcare company with over 250 designers. I also have a graduate degree in Animation & Digital Arts from the University of Southern California.

Even though I spend most of my professional life staring at a screen, I'm a profound lover of nature and the outdoors.

In my free time, I swim in the ocean and have moonlit dance parties in the jungle, hike and ski, meditate and do yoga, and I learn about indigenous and nature-based healing practices.

I'm based in Boulder, CO and also work remotely.
